Geof Tor­pin – Owner

The Mirage San Diego staff

Geoff Tor­pin worked in the psy­chi­atric nurs­ing pro­fes­sion until start­ing his screen busi­ness in 1992. He learned the trade from the ground up. Geoff soon found being a small busi­ness owner is a worth­while chal­lenge. “I found that going to people’s homes and pro­vid­ing solu­tions to screen­ing prob­lems made for happy cus­tomers, and this is very gratifying.”

Since 1999, Geoff’s son Brett has part­nered in the busi­ness. Brett is respon­si­ble for fab­ri­ca­tion and shop super­vi­sion. Geoff’s son Derek joined the team in 2005 and is the lead installer and field super­vi­sor. “We are proud of our excel­lent rep­u­ta­tion for our qual­ity prod­ucts and our obses­sion with cus­tomer ser­vice. Our Tor­pin name is on the busi­ness and we take pride in being the best”.
